Grave tumulus at Orestiada

In the region of Orestiada, at Ampelakia, a grave tumulus was found dating to the 1st century AD. In the site of Patagi a plundered and broken cist grave was uncovered, which, judging from the form and the applied construction technique, presumably dates to the late 4th or the early 3rd centuries BC.
