The Municipality covers an area of 80 km2 and has a population of 3,497 inhabitants. It consists of the following villages: Neo Sidirochori (municipality seat), Nea Adriani, Kalamokastro, Mavromati, Mikro Doukato, Aghioi Theodoroi, Megalo Doukato and Pagouria.
