A few kilometres east of Therma lies in ruins the Monastery of Christ, dating to the late Byzantine period. The two arches from the single-aisled Katholikon of the church and the one from the narthex, both built with horizontal layers of ashlars, linked three pairs of pilasters that supported the stone-build vaulted roof.
