Cock sacrifices at St.Dimitrios celebration

St. Dimitrios is celebrated in Northern Greece. There is a roosters slaughter at the little chapel of Didimoticho, on the day of the celebration of the saint. This custom is kept until today and the lunch of the celebration day is a cooked rooster.
